In the March 2016 Georgia Tech Engineers for a Sustainable World talk introducing Sustainability of the Spirit, I spoke on three main topics:
- Living within your Heart
- Learning to Flow in Life
- Stepping out of One’s Comfort Zone
The June 25 Living within the Veils of the Heart post touched on the first topic while the June 29 Learning to Flow in Life introduced how “flow” is imperative to Living within the Heart

Below is an excerpt from The IMPACT Blog article, Sustainability of the Spirit, a synopsis of the Georgia Tech inspirational talk:
Stepping out of comfort zones and taking risks are integral to the social, government and corporate consciousness shifts necessary for a sustainable world to emerge from current chaos. Empowerment of the spirit and complete trust in Self is critical for those in leadership roles affecting substantial cultural change.
It takes tremendous courage and strength of Spirit to step out of One’s comfort zones into the unknown, an abyss of sorts in life. A strong connection with Self and Divine Essence is critical to maintain balance within the unknown.
Often I say “I have propensity to live within creative chaos, identify the elusive structure and ground it into this dimension.” To do so, requires Trust and Faith in Self, a knowing I AM on my Soul Path, and Living within the Veils of the Heart.
Holly, a truly awesome message to all of us about “comfort zones”. Moving out of our comforts is the only way to grow and not stagnate. Thanks for sharing your gifts of the spirit.
